We Ship It to You
Your watch arrives in a custom KLYR Collective box, fully insured, with a tamper-evident seal and authentication card. Certified by our watchmaker. Prepaid return label included — no hunting for a box.

Wear it. Love it. Return it in the same box using the prepaid label. Then pick your next piece. Members can swap unlimited times — new watch, new week, no extra cost.

Is there a security deposit? +
No security deposit required. We verify your identity and place a pre-authorization hold for the full retail value of the watch on your card — this is not a charge, just a hold that releases upon return.
How do I know the watch is authentic? +
Every watch in our vault is inspected by a certified watchmaker, serial number documented, and sealed with a tamper-evident seal before each rental. You receive an authentication card with every shipment.
What if the watch is damaged during my rental? +
Every rental includes full insurance coverage. Minor wear is expected and covered. For significant damage, we handle claims through our insurance policy — the process is simple and handled entirely by us.
Can I extend my rental? +
Yes — contact us at hello@klyrcollective.com or call +1 (562) 754-7596 before your return date and we'll extend your rental based on availability.
How does the Collector membership work? +
At $490/month, the Collector plan gives you one active watch at a time with unlimited swaps. When you're done with a watch, return it and we'll ship your next pick within 24 hours. You also get 48-hour early access to every drop.
Where do you ship? +
We're based in Orange County, CA and ship nationwide. Same-day pickup is available in OC by appointment. Standard delivery is next-day via FedEx overnight, fully insured.
